Can I really use my own domain and branding?+
Yes — fully. You point a subdomain (like compliance.youragency.com) to our servers via a CNAME record. We handle the SSL certificate automatically. The portal renders with your logo, brand colours, and agency name. Your clients see nothing referencing ConsentPixel — Privacy · Verified unless they inspect the HTML source code. The badge can also be white-labelled to show your agency name instead of ours.
What happens if a client's site count pushes me into a higher tier?+
Nothing automatic. Unlike Cookiebot, which automatically upgraded customers to more expensive plans in August 2025, ConsentPixel — Privacy · Verified never upgrades your plan without your explicit consent. If your domain count approaches your plan limit, we'll notify you and you can choose to upgrade. You're never billed more than agreed without approval.
How do I sell compliance to clients who've never heard of CIPA?+
Run a free scan on their site before your call. Walk into the meeting with a PDF showing their risk grade, the specific tools firing without consent (usually Hotjar or Clarity), and the $5,000-per-violation exposure. How long does it take to onboard a new client site?+

What if a client cancels? Do I lose their data?+
When you remove a client site from your portal, their data is retained for 60 days — giving you time to export consent logs and reports. The client's own data (consent logs, scan history, generated documents) can be exported as CSV/JSON at any time before deletion. We never hold data hostage. If the client wants to continue with ConsentPixel — Privacy · Verified directly, they can set up their own account and we can transfer their configuration.
Can I charge clients more than $75/month?+
Charge whatever the market will bear. Some agencies charge $50/month for a basic compliance service, others charge $150–200/month as part of a premium maintenance retainer that includes ConsentPixel — Privacy · Verified plus other ongoing services. How does the 30% referral commission work?+

When another agency signs up through your link and starts paying, you earn 30% of their monthly plan cost — every month, for as long as they remain a customer. There's no cap on earnings.
