The pixel handles everything your current CMP did, plus CIPA-specific session replay blocking. Your historical consent logs from other platforms can be imported (we'll help). Yes — a pre-signed DPA is available for download from your portal at any time, with no negotiation required. Enterprise clients requiring bespoke DPA terms or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers should email enterprise@consentpixel.com. We commit to responding to DPA negotiation requests within 10 business days.

You can opt out of all future scanning and outreach at consentpixel.com/no-scan — enter your domain and it's permanently suppressed within 24 hours. Alternatively, email privacy@consentpixel.com with your domain and we'll suppress it immediately. This is a binding commitment in our Trust Charter — any domain whose owner has submitted an opt-out is permanently removed from all future scanning and outreach.

Yes — we actively partner with California privacy attorneys. We can white-label the compliance portal under your firm's brand so you can offer compliance monitoring to clients as a service. We can also provide compliance certificates and audit logs formatted for legal use. Attorney partnerships include specific standards under our Trust Charter protecting professional independence and client confidentiality. We don't offer phone support — all support is handled by email and our portal messaging system. This is intentional: email creates a documented record of what was discussed and agreed, which matters in a compliance context. Our response SLAs are tight (4 hours for technical support during business hours, 24 hours for security) and we don't use auto-responders — every message is read and responded to by a real team member. Enterprise clients on custom plans can arrange scheduled calls as part of their agreement.

Please email security@consentpixel.com immediately with details of the vulnerability. We review all security reports within 24 hours and take responsible disclosure seriously. Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we've had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and patch — we ask for a 90-day responsible disclosure window. We acknowledge receipt of every security report and keep you updated on our progress. We do not currently offer a bug bounty programme, but we acknowledge significant findings publicly (with your permission).
